General Laborer

Laborer position includes:

  • Preparing and loading job material
  • Final cleanup at end of job
  • Help foreman complete tasks necessary to finish jobs in a timely manner
  • May be required to use variety of tools and machines such as forklifts, levels, power drills, grinders, saws, and concrete equipment.
  • Must be comfortable on ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures.
  • Must have physical strength and be able to lift up to 100 lbs and have the ability to understand and communicate information.

Welder / Fabricator

Welder / Fabricator position includes:

  • Being able to read and understand schematics, drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
  • Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are in stock and available
  • Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and assembled correctly according to manufacturer and company standards
  • Ensuring that quality control standards are met
  • Maintaining a production schedule according to upcoming jobs
  • Adhering to company safety standards
  • Knowledge in the use of multiple types of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools is required
  • Ability to use mig, aluminum, and oxy-acetylene welders and torches
  • Knowledge of stainless steel welding techniques a plus

Sales/estimating/project management position includes:

  • Present and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback 

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
